1. The vanBasco player is downloaded as "zipped" file. See the notes on Unzipping the file if your system does not have a built in Unzip utility.
2. When you install the vanBasco player it installs to the "Program files" folder on your computer by default. This may cause authorisation issues with some versions of Windows but is easily overcome by installing to another folder, like the "MyMusic" folder for example.
